We stand behind the quality of AMWAY™ products. Anytime you buy an AMWAY™ product, you have the right to use for a reasonable period of time (within 90 days) to determine if it is satisfactory and if you want to keep it.

Should you decide it is not satisfactory, please return the product (with at least 80% content unused) to your Amway Business Owner, who will offer you the choice to have it replaced without charge, receive full credit of the returned product for the purchase of another AMWAY™-brand product, or receive a refund of the full purchase price.

In order to safeguard ethical conduct and effectively process merchandise returns, all goods returned must be accompanied by the packing list and receipt, where applicable.

The Amway Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to,

AMWAY™ Water Treatment System is covered by Three year manufacturer's defect, iCOOK™ and QUEEN™ and Multi-Purpose Kitchen Shears are covered by LIFETIME WARRANTY. ATMOSPHERE SKY™ is covered by FIVE years manufacturer’s defect warranty. ATMOSPHERE Mini is covered by THREE years. ATMOSPHERE Drive is covered by ONE year manufacturer’s defect warranty.

Amway Life Style Catalogue products, Replacement Parts, COLOUR CREATION™, Food and Beverage items are NOT covered by The Amway Satisfaction Guarantee.

All AMWAY™ products sold in Singapore do not contain placenta, pork nor its derivatives.
