We wish to inform you of some significant changes to our delivery service that will take effect on 1 November 2023:

Standard Delivery: We are discontinuing the use of delivery timeslots. Instead, you will now enjoy improved visibility through our track and trace feature, receiving notifications via SMS or WhatsApp and photographic evidence upon parcel delivery. Standard deliveries will be scheduled between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

Free Shipping Threshold: The minimum order amount for free delivery will be revised from $100 to $120. This adjustment encourages you to explore our extensive product range while still benefiting from cost-effective delivery.

Revised Delivery Fees: As we transition from our current timeslot system to the new standard delivery format, we are pleased to announce a reduction in our delivery fee, lowering it from $15 to just $10.
