Metal Diverter Cleaning Procedure

Review Materials required on page 33 and have them ready for use before beginning.
1. Remove tubing from Diverter

2. Place the Diverter into a plastic
or glass bowl large enough for
the diverter to lay flat

3. Carefully pour a sufficient
quantity of vinegar into the bowl
to cover the diverter.

4. Soak for 1 hour. Using gloves,
periodically (3-4 times) lift out
of the solution and re-submerge
just to mix the solution inside
the diverter for better cleaning.

5. Use gloves and a toothbrush if
necessary to clean difficult to
remove deposits.

6. Using Gloves, Remove Diverter
and Rinse Well with water.

7. Repeat as necessary with new
vinegar solution.

8. Reinstall Tubing and rinse well
with water.
